Mould Making Magglo employs experienced mould and pattern makers. From your drawings and they can make a pattern, or plug, from which a mould can be manufactured. Alternatively, the mould can be taken from an existing plug. The mould can be a "flash mould" suitable for one-off items or a high quality production mould, suitable for use in a production run of several hundred items. The moulds can be manufactured for use by the traditional hand lay-up method or for use by the vacuum assisted moulding method, if the component is suitable for this method of manufacture. Production Moulding Magglo employs several laminators with many years of experience in both hand lay-up and vacuum assisted moulding. Our production team manufacture glass reinforced products to the highest standards. They are very versatile and capable of manufacturing a wide variety of products.
